Can a model be adapted?
Yes. The catalogue starts a discussion about layout, area, openings and finishes. Changes are checked through design development.
Are prices published?
Prices are provided on enquiry because location, technical design and scope vary. Include the model and the required level of completion.
Is LGS limited to rectangular plans?
No. The catalogue includes L and U plans, courtyards, offset wings and multi-storey volumes. Each solution needs appropriate design development.
Does the net area include the terrace?
No. Net internal areas are separated from terraces, balconies and covered outdoor spaces.
Can I build without design and permits?
A catalogue model does not replace the design or procedures required for a specific site. Check the requirements before commissioning construction.
Are foundations, transport and equipment included?
Only when listed in the quotation. Supply boundaries, site works, transport, assembly and fit-out are defined before contracting.
