Project brief
Define use, location, areas, storeys, form and the required level of completion. Existing drawings and site conditions provide the starting point.

Concept and scope
Coordinate the architecture with the structural approach. Identify large spans, cantilevers, courtyards and difficult openings, and state what the quotation covers.

Design and detailing
Coordinate members, connections, bracing and penetrations. Close design changes before manufacture so the model, drawings and material list agree.

Manufacture and checks
Produce and label elements to the agreed documentation. Check delivery by panels and assembly sequence, recording revisions.
- 05
Site preparation and erection
Check access, foundations, unloading and working conditions before the crew arrives. Install the designed anchors and bracing, checking member positions.
- 06
Inspection and handover
Compare the completed work with the agreed scope, record checks and changes, and coordinate the following envelope and services work.
