Before delivery
Check foundation dimensions, levels, flatness, embedded items and unloading access. The wall base needs moisture separation and a designed load path. Levelling and anchorage are agreed before panels arrive.
Temporary stability matters
An isolated panel may not have the stability of the completed building. Erection sequence and temporary bracing need planning. Check verticality, bearings, panel connections and anchors resisting uplift or overturning.
Before closing the frame
Inspect members, fasteners, bracing and planned openings. Record discrepancies and resolve them with the responsible designer. Screw counts, edge distances, thicknesses and anchor capacities come from the project, not a website diagram.
